Job summary

Vinarchy Wines, part of Smollan, is recruiting a Sales Executive for the grocery sector. You will represent a portfolio including Jacob's Creek, Hardys, Campo Viejo and Jam Shed, covering Birmingham, Wiltshire, Gloucester and surrounds.

The role is full-time with 37.5 hours weekly, a base salary of £28,000 plus up to 10% bonus and a company car. You will build relationships with store teams, use data to spot opportunities, and drive promotions and visibility across major grocery retailers.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery/multiple retail environments.
• Confident communicator who can build credible relationships.
• Comfortable with sales data and insights to identify opportunities.
• Commercial mindset with a target-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with store managers and decision makers.
• Drive sales, availability and visibility of Vinarchy brands.
• Use store performance data to identify opportunities and priorities.
• Secure displays, space, and promotions.
• Ensure promotions are executed effectively and products are well represented in store.
• Identify distribution opportunities and improve availability.
• Share category and performance insights with retailers.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide territory insights.
• Plan and manage your territory to maximise results.
• Collaborate with the wider team to share successes.
