Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Manufacturing, Science, Technology or a related discipline.
- At least 12 months' relevant experience gained through an industrial placement, year-in-industry programme or post-graduate role.
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers and prospective clients.
- Interest in technical products and engineering environments.
- A proactive, resilient and target-driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Researching prospective customers and identifying new business opportunities.
- Conducting outbound outreach through phone, email and professional networking channels.
- Qualifying opportunities and booking demonstrations for the field sales team.
- Following up inbound enquiries and supporting lead development activities.
- Working closely with sales colleagues to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
