Job summary

Orion Electrotech - Engineering & Technical in Marlow is seeking a driven Graduate Key Account Manager to become the primary operations contact for a portfolio of high-value customers, delivering customer satisfaction and order fulfilment. You will work with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering and Sales to identify growth opportunities, manage expectations, and develop into a future sales leader.

Qualifications

Degree qualified in a relevant subject (e.g. Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Evidence of customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, internships, university projects).
Commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts.
Manage customer order books, forecasts, and delivery expectations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery performance.
Lead customer review meetings and performance discussions.
Monitor key account KPIs and present account performance data.
Support quotation activities and ensure customer requirements are accurately captured.
Resolve customer issues proactively and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage risks relating to product changes, supply challenges, and order fulfilment.
