JAM Management in Berkshire is recruiting five talented STEM graduates for an established technology company specialising in enterprise software, cloud communications and customer experience solutions. You will join as a Graduate Technical Support Engineer, working with experienced teams to investigate software issues and support enterprise applications while expanding your knowledge of cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• First Class or 2:1 degree in CS/SE/Math/Physics or related STEM.
• Good understanding of software applications, operating systems and IT fundamentals.
• Some programming knowledge (C#, Python, JavaScript or TypeScript).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Confident communication skills and a willingness to learn.

We're looking for academically strong graduates who enjoy technology, solving problems and understanding how software systems operate.

What we're looking for: Graduate Technical Support Engineer

• First Class or 2:1 degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related STEM discipline.
• Good understanding of software applications, operating systems and IT fundamentals.
• Some programming knowledge, ideally C#, Python, JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Confident communication skills and a willingness to learn.
