Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or on track to achieve one.
• Degree subjects listed in Requirements section include Aeronautical/Aerospace, Electrical/Electronic, IT, Mathematics, Physics, Systems Engineering, AI/ML/Cybernetics, Computing or related degrees.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 3-year Graduate Development Programme accredited by IET, IMechE and RAeS.
• Year 3 rotation or external secondment with Thales partners.
• Participate in discipline learning pathways and core training.
• Develop key engineering skills and competencies.
• Work in a set location and domain for the entirety of the scheme.
• Work on exciting new and existing products.
