Rentokil Initial is launching a graduate sales and management programme based in the UK, starting as an Indoor Sales Support Consultant. You will generate sales opportunities for field colleagues through inbound and outbound calls while benefiting from a structured 52‑week development plan and leadership exposure.

The role is hybrid, with office days and field shadowing, offering a clear progression path to senior sales leadership and various specialised roles within Rentokil Initial.

Qualifications

• A minimum 2.2 degree in BSc/BA in any subject (Business related, transport, logistics or management disciplines preferred but not necessary).
• Target-driven, ambitious and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working out in the field dealing with customers face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales opportunities for field sales colleagues via inbound and outbound calls.
• Engage in a structured graduate progression with rotations through sales-related roles.
