Job summary

Rentokil Initial Group is launching the Initial - Graduate Sales and Management Programme for Indoor Sales Support in the UK. You will start as an Indoor Sales Support Consultant generating opportunities for field sales via calls, with a structured training sequence and progression into sales leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.2 degree in BSc/BA (business, transport, logistics, supply chain or management preferred)
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Target-driven, ambitious and self-motivated
• Comfortable working in the field and dealing with customers face-to-face
• Desire to work with people and provide excellent customer service
• Willingness to work hard and have fun

Responsibilities

• Generate sales opportunities for field sales colleagues via inbound and outbound calls
• Participate in the Indoor Sales Support Consultant role within the graduate programme
• Support servicing of washroom products and hazardous/toxic waste handling
• Gain exposure to various sales-based roles across the business and complete the Intro to Sales Development Programme
