Qualifications

• Minimum 2.2 degree in BSc/BA (business-related, transport, logistics or management disciplines preferred).
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Target-driven, ambitious and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working out in the field dealing with customers face-to-face.
• Desire to work hard and have fun.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Customer Delivery Representatives and ensure KPIs (Health and Safety, State of Service, Vehicle Maintenance, Productivity) are met.
• Plan weekly routes to maximise customer facing time and minimise driving time.
• Daily debriefing of direct reports to ensure planned works are completed and re-plan as needed.
• Support Service Centre Management and other Service Team Leaders to deliver branch objectives.
• Provide customer service data and communicate business requirements to CDRs.
