Job summary

INDEDU in Liverpool is seeking a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 4–11 with diverse needs. You will provide dedicated 1:1 support and assist with small-group interventions, working closely with teachers to ensure accessible learning resources.

This paid, long-term role starts September 2026 in a supportive SEN primary school, offering mentoring and opportunities for future careers in teaching, psychology or speech therapy.

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree or above in Psychology, Education or a relevant core subject.
• Compassionate, patient and adaptable approach when supporting children with additional needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience working with children or young people, including SEN, tutoring, mentoring or youth work, is desirable but not essential.
• Right to work in the UK – visa sponsorship is not available.
