Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students.
• Support students with additional learning needs within the classroom.
• Help students access and engage with their studies.
• Support communication, confidence and independent learning.
• Assist students with organisation, concentration and classroom participation.
• Work with teaching staff to implement support strategies.
• Monitor student progress and raise concerns to the team.
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement.
• Help students develop confidence and independence.
