Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supporting children and young people with Autism, SEMH needs and other additional learning needs.
• Providing one-to-one and small group support.
• Helping students access personalised learning programmes.
• Supporting emotional regulation, wellbeing and positive behaviour.
• Building strong, trusting relationships with students.
• Collaborating with teachers, therapists and wider team.
• Encouraging independence and social development.
