Responsibilities

• Commitment to inclusive education and collaboration with teachers and SEN Coordinator.
• Classroom management and organisation.
• Behaviour and pastoral support for students.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with students and de-escalate situations.
• Deliver interventions 1:1 or in small groups as needed.
• Willing to work with therapy teams (SLT and OT) on site.
