Job summary

Academics in Esher seeks a Graduate SEN Learning Support Assistant to work in a specialist therapeutic education setting supporting children and young people with Autism, SEMH and other barriers to learning.

You will work closely with teachers and therapists to provide one-to-one and small-group support, fostering a safe, engaging learning environment and helping students access personalised programmes and develop independence.
