Job summary

WSP is recruiting graduates to join our Civil teams in 2027, offering exposure to Bridges, Pavements, Aviation, Rail, and Asset Management on landmark infrastructure projects across the UK.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, gain hands-on design and analysis experience, site visits, and stakeholder engagement, with a two-year Graduate Development Programme designed to build skills, network, and support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree with at least a 2:2.
• Bridges opportunities require a master’s degree.
• Interest in Civil and Structural Engineering, Pavement Engineering, or Aviation.
• Ambition to learn, collaborate and develop across project teams.

Responsibilities

• Support design, assessment, and strengthening of infrastructure projects.
• Assist in site visits and stakeholder engagement.
• Work within multidisciplinary teams to deliver transport and coastal assets.
• Develop skills through hands-on project experience during the programme.
