The role starts with a starting salary of £31,000 plus car allowance on some contracts, on a permanent full-time 2-year programme that leads to increased responsibility and salary potential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Genuine interest in pursuing a career in quantity surveying and construction.
• Numerical confidence and ability to use data to support decision-making.
• Enthusiasm for learning new skills and adapting to feedback.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in maximizing gross profit for projects.
• Managing commercial resources of the project.
• Assessing, reviewing, and mitigating commercial and contractual risks.
• Helping prepare and submit tenders and contract documents.
• Collaborating with the project team to prepare progress reports and financial statements.
