Job summary

Kier Group plc. is recruiting a Graduate Quantity Surveyor in Greater London to support infrastructure projects. You will assist in managing budgets, cost plans, and valuations, while supporting tender preparation and on-site measurements.

The role offers mentorship and a two-year permanent program leading to an assistant level, with a September 2027 start date. We welcome graduates in 2027 or recently graduated within three years with a Quantity Surveying degree and a full driving licence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or currently working towards one.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills for budgeting and cost control.
• Good communication and teamwork in project environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and managing project budgets, cost plans and estimates.
• Support measurement and valuation of on-site works.
• Help prepare and submit tenders and contract documents.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and compliance with specs.
• Collaborate with project team to prepare progress reports and financial statements.
