Based in Rushden, Northampton, the programme runs 2 years with mentorship and hands-on experience in managing the commercial and contractual aspects of projects. Start is September 2027.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying is required.
• Interest in pursuing a career in quantity surveying and construction.
• Demonstrate numerical confidence and ability to use data for decision-making.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to feedback, and hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maximising gross profit for projects.
• Manage commercial resources of the project.
• Assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
• Help prepare and submit tenders and contract documents.
• Collaborate with the project team to prepare progress reports and financial statements.
