As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will assist in managing all contractual and financial aspects of projects, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship from seasoned professionals.

This 2-year programme is permanent and full-time, with starting salary £31,000 per year plus a car allowance on some contracts, and progression towards an assistant level

Qualifications

• You hold a degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Genuine interest in pursuing a career in quantity surveying and construction, with clear motivation to learn.
• Numerical confidence and ability to use data to support decision-making.
• Enthusiasm for learning new skills and adapting to feedback.
• You hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in maximising gross profit for projects.
• Managing commercial resources of the project.
• Assessing, reviewing, and mitigating commercial and contractual risks.
• Helping prepare and submit tenders and contract documents.
• Collaborating with the project team to prepare progress reports and financial statements.
