WSP in the UK & Ireland is offering a two-year Graduate Development Programme in Environmental Services across multiple locations, including London, Manchester and Bristol. You will contribute to projects across transport, energy, infrastructure, and urban regeneration, developing practical strategies and learning on the job.

You’ll receive mentoring, structured training and hands-on project experience, with opportunities to work with diverse teams and pursue professional Chartership.

Qualifications

• You will have, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:2 in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Please check the degree backgrounds considered for Earth and Environment & Mining graduate opportunities.
• You will be looking to start work in April or September 2027.
• You will have an interest in environmental challenges and be keen to learn more about your chosen specialism.
• You will enjoy working collaboratively, sharing ideas, asking questions and learning from colleagues across different disciplines.
• You will bring curiosity and a willingness to explore practical solutions to challenges affecting the natural and built environment.
• You will be motivated to create value for our clients, take ownership of your development and broaden your skills with support from colleagues.
• Willingness and ability to travel in the UK, to remote environments (some of which are inaccessible by public transport).

Responsabilités

• Contribute to projects across sectors including transport, energy, infrastructure, residential and commercial development, urban regeneration and public realm.
• Gather and review environmental information, support assessments, surveys and design work.
• Use digital and technical tools and contribute to reports and recommendations.
• Attend site visits and help develop practical solutions for complex projects.

2:2 degree (Earth/Environment, Mining or related)
