WSP invites graduates to join its Environmental Services teams across the UK as part of the 2027 Graduate Development Programme. You will work on a variety of client projects, learning across transport, energy, infrastructure and urban regeneration while developing practical environmental solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Earth & Environment or related field.
• 2:2 or higher standing expected.
• Interest in environmental challenges and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects across transport, energy, infrastructure, residential and commercial development.
• Support assessments, surveys and design work for environmental studies.
• Assist in reports, site visits and development of practical solutions for complex projects.
