WSP in the UK & Ireland invites graduates to join our Planning & Consents Environmental Management & Assessment and Project Management & Digital teams in 2027. You will collaborate with environmental specialists, planners, engineers and project managers to help clients understand environmental risks, manage impacts, and deliver projects responsibly.

Our two-year Graduate Development Programme provides structured learning, mentoring and hands-on project experience, with hybrid work options across

Qualifications

• 2:2 or higher in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Available to start in April or September 2027
• Interest in environmental management, assessment or planning and consents
• Comfort working with data, including numerical analysis and interpretation
• Comfort using digital tools, including Excel and GIS
• Clear communication, ability to work with diverse specialists across project teams
• Willing to travel to sites or client offices when required
