Job summary

WSP in the United Kingdom is offering a two-year Graduate Development Programme in Environmental Services. You will join one of several teams (Air Quality, Landscape Architecture, Cultural Heritage, Acoustics, Nature Advisory) across multiple UK locations and work on diverse client projects.

As a graduate, you will gain structured learning, mentoring and hands-on project experience, with hybrid working, flexible leave, and health and wellbeing benefits designed to support growth and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Start date April or September 2027.
• Interest in environmental challenges and eagerness to learn about chosen specialism.
• Enjoys collaborating, sharing ideas, asking questions and learning from colleagues across disciplines.
• Curiosity and willingness to explore practical solutions for environmental challenges.
• Motivated to create value for clients and develop skills with support from colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects across sectors including transport, energy, infrastructure and urban development.
• Gather and review environmental information, support assessments and surveys.
• Utilise digital and technical tools; contribute to reports and recommendations.
• Attend site visits and help develop practical solutions for complex projects.
• Work across high-profile projects with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
