Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland invites graduates to join the 2027 Planning & Consents Graduate Development Programme, working with Environmental Management & Assessment and Project Management & Digital teams across multiple offices. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to projects that protect the environment and support sustainable development.

You'll collaborate with environmental specialists, planners, engineers and project managers to understand risks, manage impacts and deliver projects

Qualifications

• You will have, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:2 in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• You will be available to start in April or September 2027.
• You will have an interest in environmental management and assessment or planning and consents Environmental Project Management.
• You will be comfortable working with data, including numerical information analysis and interpretation.
• You will be comfortable using digital tools, including Excel and GIS.

Responsibilities

• Support environmental assessment and planning from early design to delivery.
• Collaborate with specialists across project teams to manage environmental risks.
• Assist project management and digital organisation to keep projects on track.
• Learn from experienced colleagues to build technical and delivery skills.
