Gardiner & Theobald LLP in London seeks a Graduate Assistant PMO Analyst to support governance, performance reporting and controls across construction and infrastructure programmes.

You will work within the PMO to develop understanding of programme management, risk, scheduling and stakeholder engagement, gaining practical experience through the G&T Accelerate Programme and mentorship from senior PMO professionals.

Qualifikationen

• Achieved or expected to achieve a 2:1 degree or above.
• Strong interest in programme management, PMO or construction projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with data and presenting information clearly.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Interest in developing reporting and data visualisation skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist with establishment and maintenance of PMO processes and governance frameworks.
• Support project/programme reporting by collecting, validating and analysing performance data.
• Prepare dashboards and progress updates using Excel, Power BI and other tools.
• Support cost management activities including interfacing with client finance teams.
• Monitor programme schedules, milestones and key deliverables.
• Assist with risk, issue and change management processes and maintenance of registers.
• Record actions and decisions from governance meetings and maintain documentation.
• Engage with project teams and stakeholders to gather data and provide updates.
