Job summary

Gardiner & Theobald LLP is seeking a Year Out PMO Analyst to support governance, reporting and project controls across major infrastructure programmes in London. You will gain hands-on experience within a PMO, with mentoring and structured professional development in programme management.

You will work with Excel/Power BI on dashboards and reporting, coordinating with project teams while building broad understanding of governance and controls in construction and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain PMO governance processes across projects.
• Collect, manage and analyse programme data to spot trends and risks.
• Assist with schedule management and key milestones.
• Assist with cost management and budgeting oversight.
• Maintain accurate programme documentation and trackers.
• Support risk, issue and change registers and governance activities.
• Contribute to reporting tools, dashboards and client presentations.
• Liaise with project teams and stakeholders for updates.
• Participate in meetings and capture actions.
• Support lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
