Job summary

Gardiner & Theobald LLP in London is seeking a Graduate Assistant PMO Analyst to support governance, performance reporting and risk management across programmes in infrastructure and transformation projects.

You will join the PMO team, work under a line manager, gain experience across projects and clients, and develop skills in governance, planning, data analysis and reporting using Excel and Power BI, with mentoring and structured professional development.

Qualifications

• Achieved or expected to achieve a 2:1 degree or above.
• Strong interest in programme management and PMO and the wider construction and infrastructure industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with data and presenting information clearly and accurately.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the establishment and maintenance of PMO processes and governance frameworks.
• Supporting project and programme reporting activities by collecting, validating and analysing performance data.
• Assisting in the preparation of dashboards and management reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Supporting cost management activities and interfacing with client finance departments.
• Monitoring programme schedules, milestones and key deliverables.
