Balfour Beatty plc in Motherwell is offering a Graduate Planner - Maxim as part of our 2027 Early Careers programme, based on major UK infrastructure projects. From day one you'll take real responsibility, develop technical and professional skills, and work with experienced colleagues to support your growth.

You'll join a Balfour Beatty Power T&D team, gaining hands-on experience in planning, project controls, and forecasting while pursuing professional accreditation and a structured development

Qualifications

• We value your potential over prior experience and look for a degree in Construction Management or similar.
• You should have achieved a minimum 2:2 honours degree by the time you start.

Responsabilités

• Support the day-to-day planning function across projects to keep programmes accurate and aligned with delivery requirements.
• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term project programmes reflecting progress and changes.
• Monitor progress, analyse performance, and identify variances, risks and opportunities.
• Produce planning reports, dashboards and progress information for decision-makers.
