Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a Graduate Business Development Manager in Motherwell as part of its 2027 Early Careers programme. You will gain hands-on experience across the work-winning lifecycle, supporting opportunities from identification to tender and proposal development.

You will work with experienced teams to build commercial awareness, develop relationships with clients, and contribute to high-quality submissions for bids and client engagements.

Formación

• Graduates with a degree in Business Management or related and a genuine interest in the industry.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new opportunities and support growth alongside experienced colleagues.
• Assist in market research to identify potential customers, opportunities and trends.
• Prepare written content for bids, proposals and presentations.
