Job summary

Balfour Beatty is offering a Graduate Risk Analyst role as part of our 2027 Early Careers programme, based in Motherwell. You will gain hands-on experience, take on real responsibility from day one and develop technical and professional skills within our Power Transmission & Distribution teams.

• Degree in Finance, Business or related with minimum 2:2 honours.
• Interest in infrastructure and risk management is advantageous.
• Graduate with proactive mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and monitor project risks across major infrastructure projects.
• Support development of risk registers and mitigation strategies.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with risk managers, engineers and project teams to manage uncertainty.
