Based in Central London, with stunning city views, you will join an inspiring team of Sales executives working within a business-to-business sales environment. Your role will involve building and developing new relationships with prospective clients and winning new business, with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission!

Their extensive training program is designed to support your growth from the outset, with clear pathways to senior and management roles.
Your daily activities will include making calls to generate new leads, developing relationships, and working closely with business development managers to schedule appointments and close deals.
Collaborating daily with development managers, you'll set appointments with your acquired leads. For each deal closed, you will earn a commission. The uncapped commission structure means there is no earning threshold—each successful deal adds directly to your earnings.
To succeed, you should be a motivated and resilient graduate, eager to build a career in sales. While previous sales experience isn't required, a confident, detail-oriented, and self-driven attitude is essential. Your motivation for success and long-term career aspirations will be key. You should be target-focused, adaptable in conversational styles, and eager to learn from the best, including the company's top earners based in the same office.
The office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm. You will participate in an extensive four-week paid training program led by experienced trainers and managers to equip you with the skills needed to excel as a Sales Executive.
