Job Title: Sales Development Representative / Business Development Representative

Salary: £35,000 base + £15k commission (£50k OTE)

Location: London / Hybrid

Industry: Digital experience

Knit is hiring for a new client. They're looking for a founding Sales Development Representative, so you must have experience in the role.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in driving their growth by generating and qualifying new business opportunities.

You will report directly to the CEO, gaining great exposure across the business and seeing the impact of your work.

You will work closely with the marketing team to execute targeted outbound campaigns and respond to inbound inquiries and event responses promptly. Your responsibilities include presenting our value proposition, gathering key information about business pain points and needs, qualifying leads, and bringing them into the sales process for further development by the business team.

Our client seeks a salesperson who can deeply understand their offering—substantial and impactful—making this understanding key to helping clients. You will learn to identify the right contacts within target accounts and book quality meetings, not just a high volume.
