Job summary

Rentokil Specialist Hygiene UK is launching a Graduate Management Programme in Croydon for ambitious graduates. The role includes a 6–12 month training plan, starting as a Specialist Hygiene Technician with clear progression toward supervisory or sales roles based on performance.

You will gain hands-on experience in hygiene services, biohazard cleaning, and infection control while completing Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications plus BESCA certification. Relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.2 degree in Management/Hospitality/Logistics/Environmental Health.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong work ethic and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to meet business needs.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver essential hygiene services to a variety of clients.
• Respond to emergency hygiene needs and participate in an on-call rota.
• Provide expert advice and professional service to clients.
• Gain hands-on experience in biohazard cleaning, flood clean-up, infection control, and more.
