The scheme includes extensive training, shadowing, and a clear path to leadership roles, with progression to positions such as Field Account Manager or Regional Manager after 24+ months. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.2 degree required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and motivation to develop a sales career.
• Comfortable working in field-based roles and with customers.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales opportunities for field colleagues via inbound and outbound calls.
• Participate in a structured graduate development programme with training.
