Job summary

Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL) invites applications for a Graduate Operations Analyst at our Aspire Business Centre in Tidworth. You’ll join a dynamic leadership team and receive hands-on training from day one, with no prior practical experience required.

The role is 37.5 hours per week, on-site at Tidworth, with occasional travel to other sites. You will analyze business needs, support process improvements, and contribute to risk assessments and reporting for senior leaders, while

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level (ideally in STEM).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with clear communication for presenting insights to stakeholders; ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support Aspire Defence Services Limited in delivering operational excellence by applying strategic thinking, analytical rigour, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Work with the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team to analyse business needs and provide analytical, problem-solving approaches to drive process improvements.
• Contribute to Business Improvement Projects using sound judgement and insights, supporting senior leaders.
• Analyse operational issues across service areas (facilities management, infrastructure, logistics, HR, and business services) and develop strategic solutions to enhance performance and compliance.
• Interpret data and performance metrics to prepare clear reports and presentations informing senior management decisions.
• Contribute to risk assessments, root cause analyses, and lessons learned exercises.
