MASS is seeking an experienced Lead Data Analyst to oversee a specialist team, assessing performance and reliability of complex defence systems. You’ll guide analysis activities, develop team members and deliver insights for critical decision-making in a highly technical environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant experience in system analysis or data analytics.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage a small team delivering expert analysis.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team providing expert analysis services.
• Ensure contracted core deliveries meet agreed milestones.
• Resource manage and support analysis of functional data to determine system performance and reliability.
• Provide briefings to the intelligent customer and represent them at technical meetings.
• Ensure dissemination of high-quality information to stakeholders.
