Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day IT operations and user support.
• Onboarding and offboarding of devices and accounts.
• Support with MSP on requests and escalations.
• Assist with automation, AI, and process improvements.
• Contribute to DevOps workflows and roadmaps.
