Qualifications

• Proven experience working in a NOC or supporting enterprise networks.
• Eligibility for SC Clearance.
• Experience with LEO (Starlink) solutions advantageous.
• Exposure to Ubiquiti solutions advantageous.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure SLA-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as part of a night shift NOC team supporting a critical client base.
• Provide first-line and escalated technical support alongside Network Engineering and Service Delivery teams.
• Resolve networking incidents and service requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Log and manage faults and service requests in the CRM system.
• Perform initial diagnostics and resolve incidents at first contact where possible.
• Work within SLAs to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Handover outstanding issues between shifts clearly and accurately.
• Keep customers informed of progress with up-to-date records.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking technologies including Starlink, Private 5G, switches, routers, modems.
• Liaise with third-party engineers and suppliers to support fault resolution.
• Provide remote support for field engineering teams.
• Monitor networks with monitoring tools and escalate to third parties as needed.
• Operate in an ITIL-aligned service environment.
