Job summary

Mott MacDonald Bentley is recruiting a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join the Mechanical Team in Newport. You will contribute to multi-disciplinary projects, supporting design, calculation and procurement while on-site as needed.

You will work with a supportive team and have opportunities to progress and develop your skills throughout project delivery. The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree (BEng or MSc), a valid driving licence, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduated with, or due to graduate, a degree in Mechanical Engineering (BEng) or MSc.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of multi-disciplined projects from concept to handover.
• Assist with mechanical design, calculations and use of digital tools.
• Collaborate with Sub-Contractors & Suppliers and assist on-site during delivery and commissioning.
• Support safety culture and maintain O&M manuals and commissioning plans.
