Job summary

Engage Education are seeking graduates to join as Graduate Lesson Supervisors across Catholic secondary schools in Liverpool. You will deliver pre-set learning experiences for KS3 and KS4, rotating across subjects and building strong rapport with students during a day-to-day supply role.

Ideal candidates will hold a UK-based 2:2 degree, with a interest in pursuing a career in education and flexibility to start in September 2026 for the Autumn term.

Engage Education are working with secondary schools in a Catholic MAT across the Liverpool area who are eager to find academically strong, reliable and outgoing Graduate Lesson Supervisors for the coming academic year. In this role as a Graduate Lesson Supervisor, the successful candidate will be required to provide fantastic pre-set learning experiences for KS3 & KS4 students across a variety of subjects. This is a brilliant opportunity to work alongside experienced education professionals whilst developing your skillset and techniques in an educational setting.

Graduate Lesson Supervisor - Role Information:

• Providing pre-set learning experiences for KS3 & KS4 students
• Working across multiple secondary subjects throughout school day
• Creating and sustaining meaningful rapport with students
• Day to day supply role working across numerous secondary schools
• Located across Catholic secondary schools in Liverpool
• Paid £105 - £110 per day during term time
