Job summary

Engage Education are seeking academically strong, reliable Graduate Cover Supervisors for the coming academic year to gain valuable school-based experience in the Tameside area. You will provide pre-set learning experiences for KS3 & KS4 across multiple secondary subjects, build meaningful rapport with students, and work on day-to-day supply across numerous secondary schools in the region.

This is a flexible, rewarding role with a supportive consultant and the chance to develop your teaching

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 UK based degree - 2026 graduates welcome!
• Experience teaching, tutoring or mentoring desirable
• Interest in pursuing a career within education
• Available to begin role in September 2026

Engage Education are working with secondary schools across the Tameside area who are eager to find academically strong, reliable and outgoing Graduate Cover Supervisor for the coming academic year.

In this role as a Graduate Cover Supervisor, the successful candidate will be required to provide fantastic pre-set learning experiences for KS3 & KS4 students across a variety of subjects. This is a brilliant opportunity to work alongside experienced education professionals whilst developing your skillset and techniques in an educational setting.

Graduate Cover Supervisor - Role Information:

• Providing pre-set learning experiences for KS3 & KS4 students
• Working across multiple secondary subjects throughout school day
• Creating and sustaining meaningful rapport with students
• Day to day supply role working across numerous secondary schools
• Located across Tameside secondary schools
• Paid £105 - £110 per day during term time
