Job summary

Engage Education is seeking a Graduate Classroom Tutor to support KS3 and KS4 students across multiple secondary subjects on a flexible supply basis. You will provide pre-set learning experiences and work across several schools, building rapport with students and collaborating with experienced education professionals.

The ideal candidate holds a 2:2 UK degree (2026 graduates welcome), is reliable and outgoing, and can start in September 2026.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a 2:2 UK degree or higher.
• Experience teaching, tutoring or mentoring desirable.
• Available to begin role in September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-set learning experiences for KS3 & KS4 students across multiple subjects.
• Work across multiple secondary schools during term time.
• Create and sustain meaningful rapport with students.

Engage Education are working with secondary schools across the Tameside area who are eager to find academically strong, reliable and outgoing Graduate Classroom Tutor for the coming academic year.

In this role as a Graduate Classroom Tutor, the successful candidate will be required to provide fantastic pre-set learning experiences for KS3 & KS4 students across a variety of subjects. This is a brilliant opportunity to work alongside experienced education professionals whilst developing your skillset and techniques in an educational setting.

Graduate Classroom Tutor - Role Benefits:
