Job summary

Engage Education is seeking a Graduate Teaching Supervisor to provide pre-set lessons for KS3 and KS4 students across multiple secondary schools in the Tameside area, starting September 2026. The role involves teaching across various subjects and building strong rapport with pupils.

The ideal candidate will have a 2:2 UK degree (2026 graduates welcome) with a desire to pursue a career in education and gain valuable school-based experience. Flexible schedule and CPD support are offered.

• Experience teaching, tutoring or mentoring desirable
• Interest in pursuing a career within education

Engage Education are working with secondary schools across the Oldham area who are eager to find academically strong, reliable and outgoing Graduate Teaching Supervisor for the coming academic year.

Graduate Teaching Supervisor – Role Information:

• Providing pre-set learning experiences for KS3 & KS4 students
• Working across multiple secondary subjects throughout school day
• Creating and sustaining meaningful rapport with students
• Day to day supply role working across numerous secondary schools
• Located across Tameside secondary schools
• Paid £110 – £115 per day during term time
