Engage Education in Oldham is seeking a motivated Lesson Mentor to support KS3 and KS4 students with pre-set learning experiences across a range of subjects.

This flexible, day-to-day supply role across multiple secondary schools offers valuable school-based experience, the chance to develop teaching techniques, and a supportive consultant.

Ideal for 2026 graduates with a 2:2 UK degree, available to start September 2026, with pay range £105–£110 per day during term time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 UK-based degree; 2026 graduates welcome.
• Experience teaching, tutoring or mentoring desirable.
• Available to begin role in September 2026.

In this role as a Lesson Mentor, the successful candidate will be required to provide fantastic pre-set learning experiences for KS3 & KS4 students across a variety of subjects. This is a brilliant opportunity to work alongside experienced education professionals whilst developing your skillset and techniques in an educational setting.

Lesson Mentor - Role Information:

• Providing pre-set learning experiences for KS3 & KS4 students
• Working across multiple secondary subjects throughout school day
