Milk Education is recruiting a Graduate Learning Support Assistant for a large 11-16 secondary school in the Middlesbrough area to work full-time on a long-term basis for the new academic year.
You will support students on a 1:1 and small-group basis, work alongside teachers and staff, promote inclusion and deliver catch-up and intervention sessions to help students succeed academically and pastorally.

Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis to ensure they are succeeding both academically and pastorally, responding to their individual needs
Working alongside class teachers and other school staff, providing essential additional support
Promoting the inclusion and acceptance of all students, improving the whole school learning journey
Delivering catch-up and intervention sessions
Recent university degree of 2:2 classification or above
Good Numeracy and Literacy skills
Clear desire to work with children and young people
Previous experience working with children and young people would be beneficial, but not essential
Willingness to undertake relevant CPD training as required by Milk Education and your placement school
