Qualifications

• Educated to Degree level or equivalent.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintenance activities, ensuring service levels are effectively maintained.
• Resolve queries immediately where possible, or manage them through to resolution.
• Produce required internal and customer-facing reports and documentation.
• Prioritise, monitor progress, and escalate support issues with customers and suppliers as required.
• Assist the Operations Manager with special projects.
• Develop strong relationships with key personnel in customer organisations.
• Undertake training to ensure a high level of knowledge is maintained.
• Communicate effectively with customers via telephone and email.
• Ensure ongoing communication and information is maintained with the customer.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
