Global Recruitment Group in Tonbridge is excited to offer an Excellent Technology Trainee Position to kick start your career in the IT world. This entry-level role provides hands-on exposure to technical support, client interactions and product development.

You will receive full training from experienced engineers, with clear progression pathways. The role combines IT support, customer engagement and collaboration with sales, client services and operations, all in a supportive team environment.

With no two days being the same, working closely amongst sales, client services, technology and operational teams, your role would look like:

• IT, tech, software and network support/troubleshooting
• Both hardware and software maintenance including installation and upgrading
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities for growth and expansion
• Help to identify faults and support clients with any queries or user problems

What we are looking for..

• A strong interest in IT computers, the digital world and technology
• Good problem-solving skills
• Confident communicator (upselling, strong client contact etc)
• Willingness to learn new skills

You will receive excellent training from professional and experienced engineers, develop your technical skills and gain exposure to new opportunities and qualifications.
