Oscar Technology is recruiting a Graduate IT Support Analyst to join a friendly, collaborative IT team. You will be the first contact for IT issues, handling tickets, and supporting hardware/software problems to deliver reliable endpoint support.

The role offers hybrid working (3 days onsite / 2 remote), funded training and certifications, mentoring from senior engineers, and clear career progression within a sociable, team-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate role with first-line IT support exposure; willingness to learn.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with IT tickets and basic hardware/software troubleshooting is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage and resolve IT support tickets within SLAs.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for hundreds of users across multiple sites.
• Support enterprise endpoint setup, upgrades, and rollouts.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
• Maintain accurate IT records and documentation.
• Collaborate and contribute to a team-focused culture.
