Job summary

Oscar is recruiting an IT Support Analyst to join an established internal IT team. This varied, user-facing role covers day-to-day technical issues, service requests and device setup across multiple sites, with you as the first point of contact for tickets from diagnosis to resolution.

You will troubleshoot Windows devices, Microsoft 365, manage user accounts in Active Directory, configure devices, and document solutions.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Exposure to Active Directory user administration.
• Confidence troubleshooting hardware, software and access issues.
• Familiarity with a ticketing system.
• Clear communication skills and a helpful approach to supporting users.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT incidents and service requests by phone, email and the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot Windows devices, Microsoft 365 apps, email and common software issues.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices and printers.
• Install software and support device updates.
• Keep tickets and technical documentation accurate and up to date.
• Spot recurring issues and work with the IT team on lasting fixes.
• Provide occasional on-site support at other locations.
