Job summary

Oscar Technology in Doncaster is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join a busy internal IT team. You will be the first point of contact for IT support, taking ownership from diagnosis to resolution and occasional travel to other sites.

This permanent, on-site role focuses on solving Windows and Microsoft 365 issues, configuring devices, and maintaining clear service records for end users.

Qualifications

• Service desk or IT support experience required.
• Solid knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Active Directory and user administration.
• Experience using a ticketing system and documenting issues.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT incidents and service requests via phone, email, and ticketing.
• Troubleshoot Windows devices, apps, email, and common software.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and M365.
• Configure and deploy devices such as laptops and printers.
• Provide on-site support at other sites when required.
