Job summary

Arup is a global consultancy recruiting graduates across engineering, geology and natural sciences. You may work on ground investigations, earthworks, tunnels and remediation projects, with a strong emphasis on sustainable design and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

As a graduate, you’ll develop through a range of rotations and gain exposure to GIS, CAD, coding, AI and BIM-based ground modelling, with a commitment to flexible working and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Bachelor's / master's level in Civil Engineering or related fields.
• Desirable master's in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering or Soil Mechanics.
• Skills in GIS, CAD, coding, AI, BIM/3D modelling are advantageous.
• PhD in ground engineering area is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess site constraints, geological hazards and ground conditions in early project stages.
• Analyse ground investigation data to derive ground models and parameters.
• Represent Arup on site during ground investigations and earthworks.
• Deliver integrated design by collaborating with other disciplines.
• Communicate technically in written and verbal form throughout projects.
